WebYou might have luck going into big picture mode with steam and configuring the controller there instead of using X360ce. Your problem might also have to do with the fact that SA2 uses a launcher instead of launching directly. I'm guessing the controller uses the Directinput interface which isn't directly compatible with a lot of modern games.
