Webb14 nov. 2024 · I looked at the rear sight of the 4" and my 6" through a magnifying glass and it looks like the 4" rear sight got to close to a file. The elevation adjustment screw is a little buggered also. I will order the sight blade kit and find a gunsmith to make the change. I purchased my model 66 used, from a pawn shop, and later noticed the rear sight was bent. All I did was call Taurus. They told me I could send it to them and they would replace it. I told them I didn't want to go that route, so they said I could just buy a new one and put it on myself. This is what I did. Easy fix.
