WebThe Small Business Loan Fund is Community LIFT's program designed to help stimulate small business growth in targeted neighborhoods. The loan fund is administered through Community LIFT's affiliate organization, River City Capital Investment Corp (RCC). RCC is the city's only local Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). WebIf you are taking the online course as a requirement to participate in the NeighborhoodLIFT Down Payment Assistance program, you are required to complete a one-on-one follow up session. Once you submit a request for the Neighborhood LIFT funds and you upload your certificate a counselor will contact you to complete the one-on-one follow up session.
