WebDec 28, 2015 · Less work IMO. Edit Dosbox.conf in steamapps\common\Dark Forces. At the bottom it says: [autoexec] mount c "game" c:\ dark.exe exit. Change it from dark.exe to install.exe. [autoexec] mount c "game" c:\ install.exe exit. Now run the game through steam. This simply runs the config utility that comes with the game instead of the game itself.
